Something else in mind?
A birthday cake. Four dozen tea cakes for a shower. Cuban bread for a party of twenty. The thing your grandmother made that isn't on any menu.
Tell us what you're picturing, how many people, and when you need it. If we can bake it well, we'll send you a quote. If we can't, we'll say so and point you somewhere good. Custom orders need about a week.

About
Why "naked"?
Because there's nothing to hide. Every loaf and cake here is made from scratch with ingredients you could buy yourself: flour, butter, eggs, sugar, real fruit, real pumpkin. We don't use mixes, we don't add preservatives, and we don't pile on decoration to cover up a plain cake. If it's good, you can taste that on its own.
The menu is short on purpose. It's the things we actually bake at home and keep getting asked for: a Galician almond tart, a Cuban loaf, an Irish soda bread, a proper snickerdoodle. It changes with the seasons, and it will grow when something new earns its place.
Thanks for being here. Come say hi at the market.
